2010 Boat & Booking Policies |

Reservations: |
We strongly recommend reservations as we book up for the entire season. We fish 7 days a week, both morning and afternoon. To make a reservation, please call 508-428-8628 (home) or 508-364-8192 (boat). Emailing is for inquiries only. |
Deposits: |
Deposits must accompany all reservations and are: $200/half day and $300/full day. A confirmation receipt will follow with helpful hints to make your trip a success. Deposits are returned in full if circumstances arise that prevents us from sailing that day (e.g. inclement weather [captain's discretion] or mechanical problems). |
Cancellations: |
Cancellation notices by the party must be received in writing or personally by phone one (1) week prior to the scheduled date or deposit monies will be forfeited. |
Tackle/Equipment: |
Everything is provided from trolling to flyrodding, though you are welcome to bring your favorite outfit along. |
Mate's Services: |
An additional gratuity fee of 10% (minimum, cash) should be planned if the party is satisfied with the mate's services. |
Trip Termination: |
The Captain is in charge of the vessel at all times. Conduct by anyone in the party which, in the Captain's opinion jeopardizes the safety of the vessel and those aboard, shall be cause to terminate the charter and return to the dock, with full charter fee due. |
Fish: |
All fish retained up to the state and federal limits for the anglers aboard is the property of the party. Catch & release is encouraged. |
